Production Worker

The Position:

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Worker will be responsible various glass handling and machine operating roles. They will be required to handle and safely move glass throughout the facility in an efficient manner. The Production Worker will also be responsible for increasing productivity, working alongside fellow peers and creating a positive work environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

 Be reliable, motivated, organized and be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced team-driven environment

 Intrinsically motivated – drive comes from within

 Positive with an “I can” attitude

 Ensure that adherence to all safety policies, procedures and practices

 Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate employees

 Must possess strong analytical skills and techniques

 Be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. consistently for ten (10) hours

 Be able to read an imperial tape measure

 Be willing to work overtime when required

 Must be able to work both independently & in a team setting

 Must have Excellent Attention to Detail

 Must possess a safe attitude at all times

 Have a commitment to quality and efficiency
