2026 Health & Fitness Challenge
Introduction Message from Coach Nate
Welcome to the Hybrid Athletics 42 Day Health & Fitness Challenge! Below is a list of challenges to complete and the score sheet. The bulk of the points in the competition (HALF) can be accumulated through simply completing the Daily challenges. Other HALF will be from Body Fat Percentage Change.
- Daily Challenge = 42 Points
- Challenges can be done in any order.
- If you perform 5 of the Daily Challenges in a row in the correct order, you can get a bonus point (Streaks = Possible 8 Bonus Points)
- Weekly Ab Challenge = 12 Points
- This will be a basic Ab circuit that you can do at home/the gym at any time.
- You must perform the specific Ab Challenge for that given week at least 3 days per week to get 1 point.
- Perform the corresponding Plank Challenge (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 minutes) to get 1 point.
- Weekly Team Challenge = Additional Points
- Additional points for Weekly Challenges
KEYS TO SUCCESS
Hydration (at least 2 liters/day of water)
Protein (0.75-1g/lb of body weight per day)
Veggies (5 servings of veggies per day)
Sleep (7 hours/night)

- Exercise
- Regular Stuff
